It is with devastating sadness and many broken hearts that our family has been hit with this unimaginable tragedy. My amazing, loving, funny, and wonderful daddy, David Workman, went on a forever ride to heaven early Sunday morning, March 23, 2025. This time he has climbed the highest iron that he will ever climb.
Daddy not only had unconditional love for Davey and me, but he loved his dogs, a.k.a. his favorite kids, Dudley (Doo Doo) and Bentley. They were so precious to him, so much that before Dad passed, he took Dudley in for a major surgery to help him live a longer and healthier life with him. Unfortunately, he isn’t here to see him heal and get back to his normal self, so I’m making this to help with Dudley’s recovery process and veterinary care as well as helping out with the memorial service with what is left over. He and Bentley have been lost without Dad, and if I can make this easier on them, that’s exactly what Dad would want me to do.
My daddy is watching over his two-legged kids as well as his four-legged kids, and I know he would appreciate any help that you can provide. I’m so grateful to have had a man step up and take the role of my dad, and that should say all you need to know about who David Workman was and how big his heart truly was, for not only his family and animals, but all of his amazing friends as well.
Thank you all so much for letting me share my story and sharing just how much Dad will be missed and how much he truly meant to me and all who knew him, including his four-legged kids.
Daddy’s services will be held at:
Gilbert Fellers Funeral Home in Brookville, Ohio, on Tuesday, April 1st from 5:00-7:00 pm.
